FB_IMG_1472230239530Sometimes, we tend to put others before ourselves, yet there is a such thing as being selfish and selfless at the same time. You CANNOT do for others if you are not doing for self. Take time to be still, listen to what your body is telling you. If you are doing too much, your body and mind will tell you so. Feed your mind when it thirst’s for knowledge, feed you soul when it yearns to be happy. Do something for yourself to support your well being, you will not regret it.

Another thing is when it comes to others, know when to stay in your lane. There is a difference between support and simply meddling, know the difference. Be understanding but not judgemental. Agree to disagree, show love and move forward.
